General terms and conditions

We are sure that you will be very satisfied with your purchase from Budapest Flower, but if you have any problems, please contact us and we will solve the problem immediately.
You can cancel the order 24 hours before delivery.
If you cancel the order during this time, there is nothing else to do, the order will be canceled and we will not charge you a fee, or we will give you a full refund.


However, flowers are perishable and we reserve the right to refund costs if the order is not canceled in time. There is no order cancellation fee.


The ordered product will be delivered to the specified address in Pest county, on the given day, if you select the "delivery by courier" option in the delivery menu on the payment page.
In Budapest, the standard delivery fee is HUF 3,500, HUF 9.200 outside the city, and HUF 11.000 in case of a distance over 30kms.

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) are used by Mester Anett Ev  (hereinafter: Service Provider),  a through the website contains the rights and obligations of the Buyer (hereinafter: Buyer). (Service Provider and the Customer together hereinafter: Parties). The General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions and services that take place via the website
The scope of these GTC covers all electronic commercial services provided in Hungary via the electronic store located on the website (hereinafter: Website) (hereinafter: Budapestflower Online Store). Shopping in the Budapestflower Online store is governed by the CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society. is regulated by law ("Ektv.").
Shopping in the Budapestflower Online store is possible by placing an order electronically, as specified in these GTC.


The bouquets,   flower decorations are put together from our constantly changing stock currently in our store. The product images are for illustration purposes only, however, we try to create as similar as possible in terms of style, dimensions and appearance.
If you need more information about the quality and basic features of any product in the Budapest Flower Online store than what is provided on the website, please contact our customer service, whose details can be found under the contact menu item.

The purchase price is always the amount indicated next to the selected product, which is the gross price.  The purchase price of the products does not include the cost of delivery.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of the products that can be ordered from the Website, provided that the modification takes effect at the same time as it appears on the Website. The modification does not adversely affect the purchase price of the products already ordered. When initiating an online bank card payment, we are unable to refund money in the event of a price drop occurring between the sending of the electronic payment notification and the receipt of the product.
In the comments section, the Buyer has the opportunity to enter the text of the greeting card or add other comments to his order. If the customer does not fill it out, we will not send a greeting card for the bouquet or other flower decorations.

After receiving the Purchaser's purchase offer (order), the Service Provider is obliged to confirm the purchase electronically (e-mail) to the Customer. If this confirmation is not received by the Buyer within 48 hours from the sending of the offer, the Service Provider's binding offer, as well as any obligation of the Buyer, is automatically terminated without any further conditions.

If, through no fault of our own, we are unable to deliver the ordered goods at the delivery time specified by the Customer, repeated delivery may take place.  The cost of repeat delivery to the Budapest area is HUF 2900 gross.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the delivery fee, provided that the change takes effect at the same time as it is published on the Website. The modification does not affect the purchase price of already ordered products. 

We deliver between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. every day, except Sundays. We can accept incoming orders from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. that day.  
The Customer can also pick up the ordered product in person at the Service Provider's store during opening hours, if he selects "Pick-up at the Flower Shop" in the delivery method menu item of the order data. There is no delivery fee for personal collection.



You can compensate for the delivered goods in the following way:

The Customer can choose from the following payment options under the  payment menu item of the order data:

- Payment by bank card or Payment by PayPal account.

After  successful online payment, we will send an electronic invoice to the e-mail address provided during the order. 

- With cash in our store or with a bank card

During the opening hours of our store, you have the option to pay for the selected bouquet or other products in cash or by credit card.


 We issue an electronic invoice for the amount paid based on the provided billing data, which is sent to the customer's e-mail address. 
The prices indicated in euros are for informational purposes only, the financial settlement takes place in HUF.

Return Guarantee

The buyer must comply with the applicable Code of Civil Procedure. has the right to withdraw from the contract. 
The flower is a perishable commodity, therefore the economic organization reserves the right to reimburse the costs incurred due to cancellation. Due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods shall be borne by the buyer. However, the Service Provider may demand compensation for damage resulting from improper use of the goods. If the goods returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal are not in perfect condition, then the Buyer is obliged to pay compensation, if he caused the deterioration of the goods' condition, destruction, or any other kind of impossibility of returning the goods due to negligence or intentionally. Once the delivery has started, the full delivery fee is already a cost.
If the product is discovered to be damaged during opening in the presence of our courier, the Service Provider will ensure the return of the product and the cancellation of the sale. In relation to the product, any lack of content or damage during the delivery of the shipment must be included in the   protocol between the sender and receiver. We are not responsible for subsequent lack of content or possible damage.

Enforcement options

If a possible consumer dispute between the Service Provider and the Customer is not settled during negotiations with the Service Provider, the Customer can choose from the following legal enforcement options.

Filing a complaint with the consumer protection authorities. If the Buyer notices a violation of his consumer rights, he is entitled to file a complaint with the competent consumer protection authority based on his place of residence. After evaluating the complaint, the authority decides on the conduct of the consumer protection procedure.

Conciliation board. In order to settle the  consumer legal dispute out of court, the Buyer can initiate a procedure at the conciliation board operating under the professional chamber competent for his place of residence.

Judicial proceeding. the buyer is entitled to assert his claim arising from a consumer dispute before the court within the framework of a civil procedure pursuant to Article IV of 1959 on the Civil Code. Act, as well as the Civil Procedure Code III of 1952. according to the provisions of the law.


The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the terms of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Service Provider informs the users of the amendments by e-mail before they take effect. When the changes come into effect, registered users must expressly accept them when logging in to the site in order to use the site.
